My plan is for my bodyweight to range between 185-190 each week. 190lbs being the highest after two huge cheat meals and 🍺🍺 both days. Today I woke up 189.5 to start Monday morning. I’m guessing I’ll hit a new low of 185 by the end of this week. 69 days of lunging 800 meters has me holding a good amount of muscle along the way. My current supplement stack is Fat Burner,PRE,POST,Greens,Multi-Joint & CBD1000 before bed. At 40 years old I’m really happy with the current results my diet lifestyle and program has yielded. Yep, you can see it on the left. I call those cottage cheese abs. This happened when I built up enough fat, and some cellulite, to the point where I could actually see the fat deposits that are covering my abs in this lighting. This wasn’t but a few months ago. By showing you this picture I want you to know that at some point everybody lets it go or messes up. BUT the body will bounce back. My favorite nighttime supplement of all time!!!! I take the CBD1000 or CBD500 every night now. I feel so loose and un-inflamed every morning.
